TERMS OF SALE

Ø      Course fees must be paid to Enercon Group, Inc. no later than the first day of the program.   Late fees will be assessed at the rate of 1.5% per month on all fees not received on time, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Ø      If you are unable to attend the course(s) for which you have registered and paid, AND you notify Enercon Group, Inc. prior to the start of the program, you may:

§         Send another person from your company in your place, or

§         Transfer your enrollment to another course and/or location scheduled within 12-months of the original date.

Ø      Enercon Group, Inc. will issue a full refund if notice of such cancellation is received at least two weeks prior to the commencement of the first course starting date.  Such notice received less than two weeks prior to the start of the class will not be entitled to a refund but rather a credit as described in the foregoing section.

Ø      A $175.00 cancellation fee will apply to any enrollment cancellations not received at least two weeks prior to the start of the program.

Ø      Should a program be cancelled or postponed for any reason, registrants will be notified as early as possible, allowing registrant to transfer to another course.   In this situation Enercon Group, Inc. will, upon request, return any fees paid or re-register the participants in the course of their choosing.
